Internal Management System

We can set up an entire system for your business based on Microsoft Teams. Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint. We will handle everything you need to get you set up and then provide ongoing management and support of your system.

We will work with you to define your needs and the project scope and offer you a one-off set-up fixed fee and / or a fixed or time-based ongoing retainer

All subscriptions and log-ins with Microsoft will be in your name directly, so that you are not locked in with us and so that you have direct access to Microsoft and its regional hosting of your data and its assistance.

Data Analysis and Dashboards

We are skilled at working with you to provide solutions to automate data feeds via API links from live data and to blend it with your own data, or just to organise your existing data.

We take a bespoke approach depending on the size and technology skills of your business. We will organise any behind the scenes data feeds, functions and formulae. The front end will depend on your own preferences but could typically focus on Excel spreadsheets, apps or bespoke websites or portals.

Once the data is organised, we will work with you to identify key metrics and your preferred method of visualisation for a dashboard approach. In addition, we can set up bespoke alerts and reminders.

Workflows and Automations

We use AI based systems and Microsoft Power Platform and Connectors to provide bespoke workflows and automations for your business.

As an example, we could set up a system that if an email contains a certain keyword, then it automatically gets forwarded to certain people, the attachment gets saved and so on. Or that clicking a button populates an entire document with the contents of a form you received.
